sapphire Bud cartomizer turned atty

As my last blog post said one of my sapphire bud cartomizers from gotvapes didnt wick well. I decided to take it apart and found it is basically at a 510-t atty with a permanent tank. I pulled the plate an spike off and found my wick was burnt. This happened in about 10 draws.

It wasn't doing me any good as a carto so I decided to make a cheap atty out of it. I could not find a good tube to go over the atty that would also hold a 510 drip tip so I just dremeled the air tube part out of the tank tube and cut it down to size. I made it pretty short so I would still get a good throat hit from the 2.4 ohm coil.

works pretty well for a $3 atty.
